Our floor plan designer works with you to make sure that every detail of your new custom home is covered. We have pre-designed floor plans for stick built and modular homes, but they can both be customized to meet your needs and budget. We work closely with a local vendor, Ferguson Enterprises, to obtain the exact lighting and fixtures that you want. We hire and work with the most qualified employees to build your home. We build each of these houses as if we were going to live in them ourselves -- we are that committed to quality design and construction.


We work with All American to build modular homes. They deliver them to us and we finish them, making them turn key ready for you. Modular homes offer quicker completion times, but stick-built homes provide an infinite possibility of design. Our stick-built homes are framed, dry-walled, painted, sided, and everything in between by our employees.


We are actively involved in the development of the New River Valley. You will find us as members of the New River Valley Home Builders Association.


Are you interested in a new home? Here are the steps we follow in completing your house:

1. Meet with you and work to give you the most home for your budget.
2. Finalize the floor plans and options; establish a firm price.
3. Work with your financial institution and handle all the paperwork.
4. Go through your choices on flooring, cabinets, siding, etc.
5. Work begins on your dream home!
6. Conduct a walkthrough with you after framing your home.
7. Conduct another walkthrough towards completion.
8. Conduct a final walkthrough after work is complete.
9. Move in!
